Role
The cryptocurrency environment can be described as fast-paced and dynamic, making the product difficult to meet all the client requirements on the fly, reach business goals, and release new features simultaneously. In zondacrypto, I became a part of the Business Development department to ensure the highest quality from the Product Design division, and the results from the very beginning had a significant impact on the product vision and development.
The product lacks properly prepared tools to measure conversion and all the metrics to support further development decisions. Apart from that, the product was based on a poorly prepared style guide, which had to be revamped. I have contributed to new research and discovery improvement processes and introduced a new Design System approach, along with design tokens, that have been implemented as the next step. Currently, the product has a solid foundation and is constantly evolving in a user-centered and data-driven approach.
OLX — one of the largest online marketplaces in Europe.
BitBay Mobile App — Designed for traders, to boost their profits. Anytime, anywhere.
Challenge
OLX faces pressure from many domestic and international competitors. One of the biggest challeng I had a chance to contribute to was the entirely new product space, which led to a significant increase of purchase frequency, buyer retention, and ultimately the company's revenue. The new features have been precisely monitored to ensure their value, market fit, and potential client requirements.
Additionally, I have been involved in many other product areas that helped buyers and sellers make safe transactions, easily complete the purchase/posting ad or verification processes, and established patterns to make the flows more user-friendly.

Challenge
The main goal was to create an entirely new user interface based on UX assets and outdated designs provided by the client. I had to start by conducting the competitors analysis, old design audit, and creating a roadmap for all the product areas, which ultimately changed the initial perspective and brought higher value to the final result.
The client was demanding and strove for the best quality of all the UX patterns, flows, well-known patterns, and heuristics. After creating many iterations based on constant feedback, we created a product that raised enormous value in funding. The client was satisfied with the final result and left a 10 NPS score. After my engagement, the client decided to continue the cooperation with the software house I worked with.
Hibooks — online accounting software to monitor the company's income and expenses.
BitBay Mobile App — Designed for traders, to boost their profits. Anytime, anywhere.
Challenge
Hibooks was one of the most intricate projects from recent years. My scope was mainly focused on creating a native mobile application connected with the previously created web application. There were many logic architecture, industry-specific patterns, and even nomenclature that I had to understand to start working on the project. The initial stage contained UX audit of the old app, competitor analysis, precise end-user and industry characteristics, user flows, and MoSCoW table to ensure what MVP should look like.
After acquiring all requirements, we started creating wireframes that helped us to establish the app structure, all the information to display, and eventually, final user flows to achieve crucial goals. The final product exceeded expectations, which led to a 10 NPS score.

Working on a project with over 1M active users is a terrific experience. I started working at BitBay at an early stage, which was initially called version 1.0, made in 2014. Back then, marketing assets were the vast majority of my scope, but it helped me understand all the cryptocurrency environment patterns, user habits, and the risks of trading. After that, I started working on the UI of version 2.0, which gained more than 300K users in 1 year, which was a great success at that time of cryptocurrency awareness.
After 3 years, I became a Design Leader, responsible for the quality of the web and mobile app, design system, and a supervisor of all graphic assets. It was great to see how the product evolved from a small company to the largest cryptocurrency exchange in Poland.

Challenge
After creating and publishing a stable implementation of the web app, we decided to create an all-in-one mobile app to make a handy trading tool available on all the platforms. Based on all the data we gathered from the market, we have a solid foundation and knowledge of what the product should be to meet the user requirements. After a long initial stage, we started working on the MVP to allow testing by the first traders from the segment, which represented the end-user. It became more extensive over the time, providing the core functionalities as well as minor features that our users loved. One of the proofs that we did a great job, was the fact that one of the biggest cryptocurrency exchange platforms in the world, a couple of months after the release, created an almost identical structure.
The app still works well, and users are happy with the outcome.

When cryptocurrency became popular, people wanted to make online transactions with the cryptocurrency. We managed to fill the gap with the new BitBay Pay subproduct, aimed to help vendors and merchants with their businesses. It scaled up over time, we made an entirely new pillar to help users with installing our solution. There were many e-commerce plugins available, easy to integrate with the most popular store engines.
The product is still evolving, gaining new clients, and facilitating the online payment experience.

Challenge
That's the first product I made, in which the core functionalities were based on Big Data. It helped merchants to monitor and instantly react to the client's behaviour and actions. The product could be described as having many benefits to the business owners who run the online stores. All important data is available at a glance, where the user can increase purchase frequency, buyer retention, review or create client's segment, or create automation that ultimately have impact on increasing crucial metrics.
I had a chance to design this product from scratch, with close collaboration with the client, who has experience in e-commerce and had a clear vision of what shape the product should have. We created a web and mobile app available for everyone who wanted to increase the revenue of the e-commerce product.

Challenge
The beauty industry is not close to my heart, but I like creating new projects that are totally different from what I make most of the time. The client trusted in my aesthetics and wanted to see what the result would be after giving me a short brief of the provided services. The result exceeded the expectations, therefore, my scope grew, and I created not only a branding project but a website, business cards, company letterhead, and flyers.

Challenge
Laa Loba was one of my favourite projects I made, which is not completely different from what I work on a daily basis. I was responsible for creating new branding, a website, and marketing assets. I received a short brief and a few competitor websites to have a perception of the aesthetics the final project should have.
Together with the client, we managed to create an entirely new branding, which was one of the main changes connected with the new chapter of the company.
